AJW Master Fund II Ltd (In Official Liquidation)
On 30 March 2011 AJW Master Fund II Ltd ("Master Fund II") was placed into voluntary liquidation by its voting shareholders, Simon Whicker and Kris Beighton of KPMG were appointed as Joint Voluntary Liquidators of Master Fund II. The Joint Voluntary Liquidators subsequently applied to have the liquidation of Master Fund II brought under the supervision of the Grand Court of the Cayman Islands (the “Court”). On 5 April 2011 the Court appointed Simon Whicker and Kris Beighton of KPMG as Joint Official Liquidators of Master Fund II.
The Court subsequently ordered that Simon Whicker and Kris Beighton of KPMG be removed as Joint Official Liquidators of Master Fund II and that they be replaced by Ian Stokoe and David Walker ("JOLs") of PwC Corporate Finance and Recovery (Cayman) Ltd with effect from 1 June 2011. Attached for your reference is a copy of the sealed Order appointing the JOLs.
Ian Stokoe retired from PwC at the end of June 2015 and Simon Conway has replaced him as Joint Official Liquidator. Attached for your reference is a copy of the sealed Order
David Walker retired from PwC at the end of June 2016 and Jess Shakespeare has replaced him as Joint Official Liquidator. Attached for your reference is a copy of the sealed Order
