AJW Master Fund Ltd (In Official Liquidation)

On 31 October 2011 the voting shareholder of AJW Master Fund Ltd ("Master Fund I") resolved by special resolution to appoint Ian Stokoe and David Walker, of PwC Corporate Finance & Recovery (Cayman) Limited ('PwC'), Joint Voluntary Liquidators of Master Fund I.

The Joint Voluntary Liquidators subsequently applied to have the liquidation of Master Fund I brought under the supervision of the Grand Court of the Cayman Islands (the “Court”). On 20 December 2011 the Court appointed Ian Stokoe and David Walker as Joint Official Liquidators (“JOLs”) of Master Fund I. Attached for your reference is a copy of the sealed Order appointing the JOLs.

Ian Stokoe retired from PwC at the end of June 2015 and Simon Conway has replaced him as Joint Official Liquidator. Attached for your reference is a copy of the sealed Order.

David Walker retired from PwC at the end of June 2016 and Jess Shakespeare has replaced him as Joint Official Liquidator. Attached for your reference is a copy of the sealed Order.
